very nice

very relaxing. very calm, and the piano chords are really a nice back to the whole song. what is the other sound mixed in there? i'd like to get that sound in some of my songs. let me know. very nicely put together.

It is a acoustic guitar with metal strings, it is tuned half a note down of the standard EADGBE tuning style. I also added a steel drum to change the tone of the guitar

could have been better

this make could have been better. that accordian sound is very out of place. also, the beginning is too hard for the song. The original was supposed to be real chill, and this is definitely a new approach, but it is a little too new for what the song was meant to be. nonetheless, as for the song as a whole, its not bad.

i dunno about that little pingy thing in the beginning. maybe use a softer sample? The claps and that little synth are pretty nice, just turn down the claps a little. Things seem to be a little out of sync sometimes. do you use fl? if so, use the piano roll. makes things so much easier. other than that, pretty good.

Thanks for the review. I'm not sure which pingy thing you mean. But yes I use FLS. And I also use the piano roll. I want to use my dads midi keyboard though but he won't allow me to. Yes, I've also realised that one section is kind of out of sync. It's not really. It goes with the tempo. Just doesn't flow well with the other rythmes I'm using.

how do you get such a clear recording from your guitar?!?! I've been trying to figure out how to do that for ages!!! Let me know on that! great make of the original, although I thought that the original was pretty heavy by itself, although I'm not a big heavy metal evangalist anyways. Anyways, amazing job on the guitar.

If I'm not mistaken, that's an FL drum loop? Good, no doubt, but it would be more original if you put your own drum loop in. Also, there are certain parts that seem kind of empty. However, You did a pretty good job getting it into three entries. I haven't had any of my stuff used... lol keep it up.

Yup, thats a fl drum loop. For this song, I felt rather lazy on making the right drum loop to fit in with the rest of the song, and one of the preset loops seemed to fit in rather nicely, with no modification whatsoever. And I suck with thats slicer thing :\ Thanks about the entry's, I was surpirsed about it myself! Speaking of your stuff not geting used, last night I was discussing with a friend about collaborating on making your first flash, using music from the audio portal from people we know, so they can get more recognition. Maybe you could join in too? Thanks for the review!

Nicely done.

i like that little drum bit at the beginning. Makes it sound really face paced and gives it a "I wanna smash someone's face in!!!" feel to it. Good job, and check out my slightly more relaxed version of DeDeDe's theme!!! The main melody could have been replaced with something, and this gives it a kinda, overdriven feel which kinda is out of place with the rest. Idk, just my opinion.

[Battle Song]

nice

It needs a punch-in-teh-face intro, to get your adrenalin pumping, and definitely more craziness, but this is pretty good. Don't you love those spur of the moment, I'ma make a song, moments? I like the dramatic space about 1:20. Very at home there. It has an overall 8-bit theme to it, and I am drawn to that because I constantly play games with music like that. It's no FF6 Battle theme, but its good nonetheless. Could you try to make a FF6 battle theme? If you do lemme know!

Adding you to favorite composers as of... *click* now. Dude, this was an awesome mix. I give you credit for remaking something this complex. It's really hard to take someone else's song and figure it out, remake it, etc. Excellent job!
